If your nugget is still in world but not listed on the site the most likely cause is that the script is not running.

 In particular, many location require that objects be set to have a particular group tag in order for scripts to execute. If you are on group owned land you should wear the correct group tag when placing the nugget. You can change the group tag after the fact by Right-clicking the nugget, selecting edit, and then click the "Set" button next to the group tag. Select the group which owns the land.

Nuggets set to the wrong group will often work when you are in the same sim, but will stop working if you leave the sim!
